What information TVAppLab collects and how we use it.

Newsletter

If you sign up, we store your email address, the signup source, and subscription status in our database to manage the list and send TVAppLab updates. To unsubscribe or request deletion, email alex@tvapplabs.com.

Site usage

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and which pages people use. Analytics may use cookies and collect browser, device, and usage information. You can block analytics using your browser settings or a tracking blocker.

Team accounts and submissions

For approved team members, we store your name, email address, access role, and team label. We store submissions and copy their content, tags, identity, and review status to Airtable so the editorial team can use them. Partners can see their own submissions; administrators can review all submissions. Avoid including sensitive personal data in your notes.

Hosting and storage

Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides database, authentication, and image storage. Airtable supports editorial planning. Images uploaded through the article editor are publicly accessible, so only upload material intended for publication.

Access and abuse prevention

Sign-in uses essential session cookies. We process request IP addresses and email addresses for rate limiting, storing hashed identifiers in short-lived rate-limit records. Hosting and service providers may also retain operational logs.

Your requests

Contact alex@tvapplabs.com to ask about your information, correct it, leave the newsletter, or request deletion. We keep information while it is needed for the purposes described here and review deletion requests against operational requirements.
